The 2026 Jay Feather 25RB combines lightweight towability with true four-season capability and Jayco’s industry-leading construction. Built on an American-made Norco® NextGen frame with StrongholdVBL™ vacuum-bonded laminated sidewalls, this trailer delivers structural integrity without unnecessary weight. The Magnum Truss™ roof system—rated for 4,500 lbs—is one of the strongest roofs in the industry and comes backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

The Jay Sport Package and Premier Package enhance this model with rugged styling, upgraded hardware, and functional tech, while heated tank pads extend your camping season into colder weather. The 2" rear receiver provides a convenient mount for a cargo rack or bike carrier, and the included 30 lb propane bottles give you longer runtime for extended trips.

Backed by Jayco’s unmatched 2+3 year warranty, this trailer offers peace of mind and durability that goes far beyond the typical ultralight.
